The General Device Type Format creates a unified definition for exchange of data for the operation of intelligent luminaries, such as moving lights. The file format is human readable and developed using open source formats.
Tungsten Emulation
When selected, the luminaire will mimic the colour temperature of a tungsten lamp as you lower the output to produce that classic warm glow.
QVGA Robe Touch Screen Display System
The QVGA Robe touch screen display gives full access to all fixture setup and diagnostic functions and is very intuitive to navigate.
Beam Shaper
Robe's patented motorized Beam Shaper designed for multi-source LED washlights creates a traditional oval beam of ratio 3:1 or 4:1, that can be indexed to cover the desired stage or performance area. A perfect solution for car shows and exhibition stands.

Robe for Saaremaa Opera Festival 2022
Robe was the moving light of choice for the 2022 Saaremaa Opera Festival staged in a purpose-built tented arena erected beside the charismatic Kuressaare Castle in the south of Saaremaa Island, Estonia, which was the dramatic location for five days of popular opera and other performances, all presented this year by the Silesian Opera (Opera Śląska) from Bytom, Poland.

Transcolor Boosts Rental Stock with More Robe
Leading Polish lighting and production rental company Transcolor has invested in new Robe moving lights and remained busy throughout the pandemic with its five full-size studios and rehearsal rooms which have been utilised for television and movie productions, promo and advertising shoots and other assorted events. Two of the studios are among the largest in Warsaw, and these have continued with regular TV productions and clients as well as hosting a range of new clients producing digital and streamed events.

Robe Pushes Forward the Vibrance for VW at IAA Summit 2021 Munich
Bold, bright, vivid – with the assistance of Robe moving lights – this was the look central to Lucas Conradi’s lighting design for the Volkswagen booth at the IAA Mobility 2021 expo in Munich, underlining and complementing the energy and excitement generated by the popular German automotive manufacturer’s new brand design, first introduced in 2019.

A largely Robe lighting rig was specified and used by leading Slovenian lighting designer Crt Birsa from design studio Blackout for Dubioza Kolektiv’s closing set of the 2023 Velenje Summer Splash open air festival, staged at the picturesque lakeshore location in Velenje, Slovenia.

Kuressaare Castle on the island of Saaremaa, Estonia, provided a magical backdrop and a beautiful setting for the 2024 Saaremaa Opera Festival, staged in a 68-metre-long 29-metre-wide 2000-capacity temporary arena elegantly butted up to the Castle.
